Flatten Your Stomach the Right Way

Surgery, drugs, starvation and over-exercising will often cause weight loss, but at the terrible cost of:

BODY ALIGNMENT
To get a strong, flat stomach, you have to align your body.  That's right.  Posture first.  If you don't believe me, try pulling back your shoulders and watch what happens to your stomach.  Presto! It magically draws in your gut (and improves your digestion, strengthens your overall body strength, etc.)  By strengthening certain muscle groups and stretching other muscle groups, you can actually move easier with less pain. 

FAT BURNING METABOLISM
    
Next, you learn how to burn the most fat in the shortest period of time.  Every week I see several people at the gym, doing the same routines, in haphazard fashion.  They could do so much more, in half or a third of the time, with the right technique and exercise sequence.   This is further accelerated by the proper breathing techniques.  Sounds simple, but sadly ignored.

POWER NUTRITION
   
This is a very personal thing with most people based on time, beliefs, genetics, customs and personal taste.  A bit of planning and (sometimes) supplementation can make huge differences in feeling better and stronger.  Again, this is something that should be worked out on an individual basis.  No long-winded diagnosis.  Just straight answers within 10 minutes.   Just facts and recommendations.

PROPER ELIMINATION
Unless a body is cleansing itself regularly, it will back up with waste and bloat itself.  Proper elimination can reduce your weight and increase your energy.  While exercise and diet play an important role in cleansing, herbal formulas help speed the process.  Too many body builders and athletes over feed themselves with hopes of improved performance.  A bit of body house cleaning will assist your muscle development and health.  Allergies, sore throats and skin ailments will often disappear after a regular body cleanse.

BIOGRAPHY

    Hi, I'm Doug Setter, Bsc.I was a fairly sick kid for most of my younger years.  I had pneumonia three times
before my seventh birthday.  It was not until my mid teens that I applied myself in studying strength and health.  
At age 18, I was admitted into the military despite being considered underweight and not quite medically fit.  The next 
several years of training and studying improved my health and fitness to the point of becoming a paratrooper, marathon
runner and competitive kick-boxer.   

I found out (the hard way) that starving or
over-training never improved my performance.  After age 34, I had to start
training smarter rather than harder to achieve hard, strong abdominals.   I sought out models, martial artists, athletes, 
yoga instructors and medical professionals.  I certifed my training in weight-training, aerobic dance, Pilates and a
Bachelor’s of Food and Nutrition. At age 40, I won a welter weight kick-boxing title. At age 47, I climbed Mount
Rainier. Training smarter pays off.
